When we don’t express our truth, we store it…and it weighs us down. This workshop is for BIPOC people who want to express their story in community as a tool for healing and empowerment. Featuring journaling activities to release guilt and shame, meditations to build trust in your body, and techniques to  courageously express your inner desires! It is a space for participants to speak their truth and own their story. If you are ready to pull your story out of the darkness and into the light…join us! Enjoy this chance to move out of resistance and blocking and into flow and surrender.

Sliding scale $75 – $25 | YO Volunteers 50% off & YO Volunteer Alum 25% off

Yoga Outreach offers sliding scale for fees for all our workshops.

There are a limited amount of slots for classes offered at the middle and lower end of the scale. Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher ticket prices, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility. Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices grows strong and sustainable communities. *Adapted from wortsandcunning.com/blog/sliding-scale
