Restorative Yoga : Self-care practices for deep rest, healing, and rejuvenation with Tianne Allan

Immerse yourself in deep relaxation, experiencing profound healing and rejuvenation for body, mind and spirit. Stimulate your body’s natural healing, reduce stress, improve deep sleep, experience a quieter, clearer mind and cultivate a peaceful, compassionate place within.
Together we will explore sacred self-care;
· deeply restful restorative yoga poses to release physical tension throughout your body
· breathing techniques to decrease stress and increase calm
· powerful meditations to reduce anxiety and cultivate inner peace
· specific restorative poses to help ease chronic conditions including; anxiety, depression, insomnia, persistent pain, illness
· create a personal self-care practice at home.
This workshop is for students and teachers of all levels of practice. Everyone welcome.
Valid for 4 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs.

About Tianne

Tianne came to yoga after a long career as a national level athlete, bringing her passion and commitment as a dedicated athlete to her yoga practice. After a serious accident her yoga practice became her pathway to healing. Restorative yoga and yoga therapy offered tools to heal both physically and emotionally. In gratitude, Tianne is honoured to share her knowledge and understanding to help guide others. Tianne leads yoga classes, workshops, and trainings throughout Canada and internationally.
