Precision in Pronunciation: Sanskrit Appreciation & Pronunciation for Yoga Teachers

 with Yogacharini Maitreyi

This is a workshop for any yoga practitioner or teacher who wants to learn to appreciate the depth of yoga and it’s language.

Yoga arose in a culture that revered connection. All yogic tools as well as it’s language were meant for reconnection. Sanskrit is one of the languages of yoga for the purpose of union, just as asana is body language to release distress, create ease and stability. Sanskrit sounds facilitate tuning in, purification, and togetherness.  In fact the very meaning of Samskritam as it is originally pronounced, is purified and perfected.

Understand Sanskrit and the multifaceted language of yoga to tap into your multidimensional self.
