Part I Self-Care + Compassion Sept. 26 9:30am- 1pm Learn strategies for self-care during times of emotional distress and conflict. Learn conflict resolution skills and strategies as part of your practice of compassion for yourself and others. Part II Non- Violent Communication + Assertiveness Sept. 27 9:30am- 1pm Non-Violent Communication is a life-affirming language that recognizes the inherent dignity in every human heart. Learn skills to take judgment, blame and shame out of self-talk and communication with others and strategies for being assertive, authentic, and empowered in your relationships.
